Regular Shipping Time
toolpartsPro.com stocks millions of dollars of inventory at its two California based warehouses. Parts in stock are shipped within one day. Parts that have to be ordered or are on order from the manufacturer are processed and shipped within 6-10 days to your destination.
toolpartsPro uses UPS standard delivery or Mail Innovations for all shipments for expedited shipping; next day, two day or three day please call us at (888) 982-6540 for a quote. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipments.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your invoice number
(if a valid email address was supplied).
During the transit of your package you may enter this invoice number
into our Order Tracking section on our website to check your order status.
You may receive more than one confirmation email if your order is filled in multiple shipments.
Please save these email invoices for your records.
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with toolpartsPro.com within 3
business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.
toolpartsPro.com provides a 30 day return policy for our
commercial customers, which is subject to the following:
You may return any unused parts in their original condition and in
their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is determined to be defective or
the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason,
you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred along with a 15% restocking fee.
Special orders from some manufacturers require additional restocking fees and some
specialty manufacturers do not take parts back at all, in which case we will not be able to
take the parts back. Additionally, electrical parts from some
manufacturers are not returnable once shipped.
To return a product, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#)
by calling our Customer Service at 888-982-6540. You can only request a RA# within 30
days after you receive your shipment. Please make sure you write this number on the
outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Damaged or Defected Items
You must inspect your package(s) immediately upon receipt for shortages
(did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped),
damages or defects. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shortages,
damages or defects. Although your product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty,
we cannot take responsibility for any damages or defects beyond this point and you will need to contact the
manufacturer directly. Any damages that are a result of mishandling by the shipping company must be addressed to
us within 3 days of receipt of the order and can only be handled by toolpartsPro as the shipping companies will
only work with the originator of the shipment. Responsibility for damages to products incurred during shipment
will be determined by the shipping companies and their representatives. toolpartPro is bound by this determination and will replace items at our discretion.
If our certified technician(s) determine that the returned product was not damaged or defective a service charge
may be charged as well as any applicable shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.
Make sure when returning an item that:
To avoid any additional fees the product being returned should include all original
packing materials, instructional/informational materials, and invoices. Additionally,
please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid any additional
damage while in-transit back to toolpartsPro.
Orders can be cancelled that have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order that has not yet been
shipped, please call our customer service department immediately.
Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, you will have to process a
general return which will incur cancellation fees, restocking fees, additional return shipping
charges plus the original shipping charges. Drop ship orders (mainly large part/parts orders,
large tool orders or expedited orders) that have been shipped cannot be cancelled, and if for any
reason the customer decides to cancel their order significant cancellation fees, restocking fees and
return shipping charges will be applied. In addition, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Every tool manufacturer has different order cancellation policies, so if you ever need to cancel a drop
ship order then please call us, and we can let you know what the fees will be.
Refunds We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Product Pricing & Description
We work hard to keep our prices, model numbers and descriptions up-to-date on the ordering portal;
however, some information on the website might be outdated. Please be advised that toolpartsPro.com
will not be responsible for such incorrect and/or typographical mistakes in pricing, model number
and/or descriptions on the site and we reserve the right to make corrections to the site without notification.
You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is processed; orders with incorrect pricing will not be honored.
Customers outside of California where applicable and resellers are exempted from sales tax –
though with California customers a resale certificate may be required.
toolpartsPro.com gladly accepts orders from all around the world. However, our
international shipping terms may vary depending on the destination and type of merchandise ordered.
We will accept international orders only that meet or exceed a minimum dollar value of USD $500.
Acceptable modes of payment are direct bank wire transfers (ETF) and PayPal only. We do NOT accept
credit cards, check cards or checks drawn on foreign banks for international orders.
Independent freight / Free Shipping Policy
Please note that any flat-rate shipping charges or free shipping offers on toolpartsPro.com
are applicable only on shipments within contiguous United States (US). We will not process
shipments for delivery outside the US, its territories and Canada*.
International customers must have their own verifiable FedEx/DHL/UPS account OR use any
independent freight service of their choosing to collect orders either from our warehouse
(located in Vista, California) or their chosen origination point anywhere within US.
Therefore, recipients should contact their freight forwarders to arrange pick-up and delivery
of their order(s) to their destination country. toolpartsPro.com will not refer, contact,
nor negotiate with any freight service provider on customer's behalf.
* Under some manufacturers’ shipping policies, certain items are restricted to shipment only within the US.
In such cases,international recipients would be liable for independent freight and any legal issues.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your packages may be subject to the customs duties, fees and import taxes of the country to which you have your order(s) shipped.
These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
Due to this requirement by the destination country toolpartsPro.com is unable to factor in any international tax, tariffs or
duties applicable to customers orders.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are also responsible
for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported under all laws and regulations of the destination country.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any applicable manufacturer
warranties for US residents may not be honored by and maybe void by the manufacturers’
representatives in the country of destination. Also, manufacturer service/repair options
may not be available. Additionally, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may
not be available in the destination countries language. Products (and accompanying materials)
may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications and
labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and
other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
